- Weigh in 2: 3.30 pm - 4.30 pm

- No same-day weigh-ins.

Competition Details

- No minimum entry requirements. This event is open to everyone and welcomes all lifters.

- This event is a qualifier for all upcoming WPC internationals.

- Lifters will need an IPO Membership to lift at this event.

- Best Lifter awards will be given based on entries.

- Federation membership can not be purchased on the day. All lifters must have a membership at least ten days before the event.

- This event will not be live-streamed. We encourage all lifting enthusiasts to come and support this event.

- Lifting schedule will be posted closer to the event.

- Recommended for First Timers.
