Ladies, it's time to show your strength! Battle of the Barbelles is an all female powerlifting competition designed to empower, inspire and challenge women of all experience levels. Whether you're stepping on to the platform for the first time or chasing new personal records, this is your moment to shine!

Entry Fee: €90
Refunds: No refunds! Once you enter this event, you are taking one of the limited places. Under no circumstances will refunds be given.
Athlete limit: 60
Weigh-in details:
- 28/06/25
- 24hr weigh-ins only
- Weigh-in 1: 9.30am -10.30am
- Weigh-in 2: 3.30 pm - 4.30 pm
- No same-day weigh-ins.
Awards and prizes:
- Best overall Lifters( Glossbrenner)
- Top 3 in each division
Divisions:
- Full Power- Squat, Bench and Deadlift
- Equipped | Classic Raw
- Single Bench Press (10 Places Available)
- Single Deadlift (10 Places Available)
Spectator fee: €5
Children: Free
Lifting Starts: 9.30 am
On-street parking €3 per day outside the venue
- We encourage all lifting enthusiasts to come and support this event. But if you can't make it we will be running a live stream.
- Lifting schedule will be posted closer to the event.

- Who can compete?
Open to all women- Beginners, intermediate lifters, and seasoned competitors!
- Rules and Regulations:
This is an IPO/AIPO Competition We will follow A/WPC Rules. As always it's worth reading up on the rule book liked below in the WPC website.
Equipment:
This competition will use a combo rack and squats will be walked out.

Entry Closes 18-5-25
- Irish lifters will need a 2025 IPO Membership to lift at this event.
- International lifters will need to be members of their national WPC federation.
- Federation membership can not be purchased on the day. All lifters must have a membership at least ten days before the event.
- This is more than just a powerlifting competition, its a celebration of women's strength!
